Data deletion

You can delete the data Tollo Profit Tracker holds about your store at any time. Pick the option that fits what you want to remove.

Delete everything

Uninstall the app. This removes all data for your store, including orders, costs, ad data, access tokens and settings.

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings, then Apps.
2. Find Tollo Profit Tracker, open the menu next to it and choose Uninstall.
3. Shopify sends us a deletion request 48 hours later. We delete your store's data within 30 days of uninstalling, and encrypted backups roll over within 30 days after that. So everything is gone within 60 days.

Remove Facebook and Instagram (Meta) data

You can do this in Tollo or in Facebook. Either way, we delete the access token straight away and the ad data we pulled from Meta within 30 days. When you remove Tollo in Facebook, Meta notifies us automatically.

In Tollo

Open Tollo Profit Tracker, go to Settings, then Ad spend, and choose Disconnect next to your Meta ad account.

In Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings, Business integrations.
2. Find Tollo and choose Remove.
3. If you'd like confirmation, email us at support@tollo.studio and we'll confirm when the data is deleted.

Remove Google Ads data

In Tollo, go to Settings, then Ad spend, and disconnect Google Ads. Or remove Tollo from your Google Account's third-party connections. If you remove it in Google, we detect it at our next daily sync. Either way, we then delete the token straight away and the Google Ads data within 30 days.

Remove TikTok Ads data

In Tollo, go to Settings, then Ad spend, and disconnect TikTok. You can also remove Tollo from the connected apps in your TikTok For Business account. If you remove it in TikTok, we detect it at our next daily sync. Either way, we then delete the token straight away and the TikTok data within 30 days.

Remove supplier data

In Tollo, go to Settings, then Supplier costs, and disconnect AliExpress or CJ Dropshipping. We delete the key or token straight away. Costs you've already saved to products stay until you clear them or uninstall.

Remove the browser extension

In Chrome, open Extensions, find Tollo Profit Tracker and choose Remove. It stops reading AliExpress straight away. Costs it already sent stay on your products until you clear them or uninstall the app.

Ask us by email

If you can't use the options above, or you'd like a copy of your data first, email support@tollo.studio from the store owner's email address. Include your store's myshopify.com address and what you want deleted. We'll confirm when it's done, within one month and usually much sooner.

If you shopped at a store that uses Tollo

The store controls your data, so contact the store directly. When a store asks Shopify to delete a shopper's data, Shopify passes the request to us and we delete it within 30 days. We don't keep shoppers' names, emails or addresses in the first place.
