Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Tollo Profit Tracker. By installing the app you agree to them.
Who provides the app
The app is provided by MB Driblas, company code 304746648, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Tollo", "we"). You can reach us at support@tollo.studio.
What the app does
Tollo Profit Tracker reads data from your Shopify store and from the ad platforms and suppliers you connect, and shows estimated costs and profit. It doesn't change your store or your ads.
The figures depend on the data you and those services provide, such as product costs, fee rates and VAT settings. They're estimates, not accounting, tax or legal advice, so check them before relying on them for accounting or tax filings.
The app is for business use. By installing it, you confirm you're acting for your trade or business.
Your account and connections
- You must be allowed to manage the Shopify store and every ad or supplier account you connect.
- You're responsible for the costs and settings you enter.
- Your use of Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping is also covered by their own terms.
Plans and billing
- New stores get a free trial. After it ends, the plan you picked is charged monthly through Shopify, together with your Shopify bill.
- Prices are shown in the app and on the Shopify App Store before you approve a charge. If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and a new price applies only once you approve it in Shopify.
- You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app. Charges already billed by Shopify are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Fair use
Don't use the app to break the law, to access data that isn't yours, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your data
Your store's data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy. When you uninstall, we delete it as described on the data deletion page.
Data processing
Where we process personal data of your customers on your behalf, you are the controller and we are your processor. This section is our data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR.
- We process that data only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the app, unless EU or Lithuanian law requires otherwise. We'll tell you if we think an instruction breaks the law.
- The subject is providing the app. The data is order data that can relate to your customers, such as order amounts and shipping country. We keep it for as long as described on the data deletion page.
- Everyone who can access the data is bound by confidentiality.
- We apply the security measures described in our privacy policy.
- You authorise the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy. We'll tell you 30 days before adding or replacing one, so you can object or stop using the app.
- We help you answer requests from your customers and meet your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR.
- We tell you without undue delay if a personal data breach affects your data.
- When you uninstall, we delete the data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- On request, we give you the information needed to show we comply, and allow reasonable audits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, because it depends on Shopify and other services. We may improve, change or stop features. If we stop the app altogether, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100. This doesn't limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken, and we'll tell you why.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date above when these terms change, and tell you in advance about important changes. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Vilnius, unless the law where you live gives you other rights that can't be waived.
